Il plaid GANDINO APG, disegnato da Studiocharlie, è interamente realizzato a mano in Italia in 100% lana vergine Shetland in tessitura jacquard. GANDINO è una serie, dalla storia molto interessante, in edizione limitata di plaid in lana.
Durante le ricerche per il libro “Torri Lana 1885. Archives and Future”, i designer di Studiocharlie si sono imbattuti in un interessante campione di tessuto: il Blue White Oslo, prodotto negli anni ’70 per la realizzazione di copriletti optical. Dalì il desiderio di ridisegnarlo e trasformarlo in un prodotto contemporaneo.
Il plaid Gandino non è la riproduzione esatta del tessuto Blue White Oslo: il disegno d’archivio è stato decostruito, scalato e remixato.
