Karim Rashid reinterpreta el tradicional candelabro veneciano para Purho, transformándolo en una escultura luminosa etérea. Consistente en un cuerpo central de vidrio espejado del cual se despliegan una serie de brazos de vidrio transparente delgados, K1 se caracteriza por las formas inusuales de las copas de vidrio soplado de Murano, geométricas y redondeadas, en una alternancia regular. La mirada es sin precedentes, contemporánea, decididamente armoniosa gracias a la ligereza del vidrio y al color especial propuesto.
