Maria Cristina Andretto's encounter with Murano glass was not only love at first sight, but also the prelude to a specialized and personalized learning path. Her passion for this extraordinary material led her to train in the 1980s in the renowned Murano, Italy, the cradle of blown glass, where she began her custom glassmaking business in 1985.

In 1999, she continued her journey by founding D.I. Piú s.r.l. - Andretto Design, engaging in experimentation with new Murano glass processing techniques. This commitment was guided by the mission to create unique, personalized and unmistakable handcrafted pieces: a mission that still inspires every production of the company today.

Di Più Andretto's collections range from household objects such as crockery and lamps, to jewellery, up to mosaics and custom-made tiles for swimming pools, floors and coverings, both in residential and hotel settings. Each creation is inimitable and handmade, with a customization that reflects the skill and art of Murano glass processing, exclusively in Italy.

The company has collaborated with the hotel sector, creating exclusive works such as an elegant reception counter and fine finishes in the rooms of an exclusive resort. Furthermore, it contributed to the creation of a luxury lounge in a hotel in Singapore by providing high-quality mosaic panels. Similar projects were developed for the Hotel Le Hameau du Kashmir in France, producing unique panels and walls.

In the private housing sector, Maria Cristina Andretto has brought her art all over the world. She has created a Murano glass carpet for a penthouse in Dubai, created ceiling and wall mosaics for a villa in Israel and helped create walls for private spas in various locations, including Lebanon, Russia, the Amalfi Coast and Spain. Each work brings with it the excellence of Italian craftsmanship and Maria Cristina's dedication to creating unique and refined works, which integrate perfectly with the environments in which they are placed.
