Odo Fioravanti
Odoardo Fioravanti graduated in Industrial Design at the Faculty of Design of the Politecnico di Milano. Since 1998 he has been working in industrial design, also experimenting with graphics and exhibition design, with the firm will to bring the different disciplines back to a continuous subject. His projects have received prestigious international awards.
He has taught at numerous schools and universities such as the Politecnico di Milano, the IUAV of Treviso, the University of San Marino, the Istituto Marangoni, the Scuola Politecnica di Design, the Domus Academy and HEAD Genève. His work has been part of several international exhibitions, culminating in 2010 with a solo exhibition entitled "Industrious Design" at the Design Museum of the Triennale di Milano. In 2011 he won the Compasso d'Oro Design Award. He works as a publicist for design magazines trying to explore the new frontiers of design as a discipline. In 2003 he founded the Odoardo Fioravanti Design Studio which has developed projects for several companies. For FontanaArte he designed the Bonnet wall lamp and the Volée table lamp.
