She writes for newspapers and the digital magazine -The Moodboarders- about design, art, architecture and fashion. She is professor at IULM. In 2017 Rizzoli published her autobiography "Design is not a serious thing". In 2019 she curated "Leonardo Horse Project" for Milan Hippodrome, 13 resin reproductions of Leonardo's bronze horse dressed by different designers. With Massimo Temporelli she wrote "Leonardo primo designer", published by Hoepli.

After the MSc in Public Policy at UCL in London, she dedicated herself to her strong passion for social issues by bringing an entrepreneurial approach within the Third Sector. She founded two start-ups with great success, "Mescolando" for which she created her first website in 2003, and "Art in the Heart". She later put her entrepreneurial skills to good use also in the hotel sector.

After her Master Degree in Management of Made in Italy: Consumption and Communication of Fashion, Design & Luxury, she gained over three years of experience in retail companies, such as H&M and LVMH-Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Group. She then moved to the online world, working for companies such as Artemest and Yoox Net-A-Porter Group.
