He was the founder/director of the new master's programme in Business Design at Domus Academy and a contract professor at the Department of Architecture of Genova, Polytechnic University of Turin, Interaction Design Institute in Ivrea, La Sapienza University in Rome, and Cattolica University in Milan.

In 1999, he founded Total Tool, a design network with offices in Milan and Buenos Aires, consulting and designing new business ideas for corporations as well as public companies and entities. He holds conferences and workshops in more than 25 countries in Europe and the United States, Latin America and Asia. He lives and works in Milan and Como Lake.
