SEGNI DI LUCE is a glass sculpture that was created by Silvio Vigliaturo in Italy in 2020. Amidst the dark sections, transparent lines appear, light filters through, and a face is born.
The sculpture is a message of hope and for a glimmer of a future capable of piercing darkness. The black colour allows the light to shine through and ultimately prevail.
This colourful sculpture stands on a glass base and has a steel pin that makes it rotate on itself. With a highly modern design and shape, this piece was crafted from high temperature-moulded glass.
Vigliaturo was the artistic testimonial of the Turin 2006 XX Olympic Games and IX Paralympic Games. "Segni di Luce" represented this event.
All creations by Silvio Vigliaturo are signed and original pieces.
