The Murano Glass Vase RITAGLI, designed by Fulvio Bianconi for Venini, is handcrafted in Italy.
Ritagli utilizes a glassmaking technique developed by Fulvio Bianconi, which is considered one of the most innovative and suggestive of the twentieth century. It involves small rectangular glass strips being applied one on top of the other on a base of a truncated cone, which has been blown and worked by hand.
The vase features Iridescent Green and Aquamarine, as well as iridescent Sand and Red, coming together on a contour that seems timeless, yet it was created in 1989. This piece is part of a numbered edition per year.
