Mysterious and captivating armchair NEMO Basic Colours was designed by Fabio Novembre and was manufactured in Italy by Driade.
This monobloc armchair was made with the rotational moulding process and comes in a denim hue and in white (RAL 9016), black (RAL 9011), grey (Pantone 536U), red (Pantone 1788U), lacquered black (RAL 9017) or lacquered red (Pantone 485C).
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Fabio Novembre uses furniture design to tell intense and fascinating stories in which the protagonist is often the human figure. This human figure is capable of becoming abstract and universal, able to propose a mythic beauty as occurred in Greek art. Therefore Nemo, a face with classic features, is hollowed out to create an inhabitable space. The result is a head and armchair that can be experienced from the inside. Like a mask, it simultaneously conceals and reveals its inhabitant.
