Fruit bowl in Sicilian stone and refractory terracotta, left natural. A reflection on the conservation of fruit and how to create an environment that prolongs the maturation process. Terracotta has the characteristic of being a thermal insulator, in the basket a fresh environment is created that contains the fruit being ripened, while the ripe fruit can be exposed above the marble plate lid, ready to be eaten. Stone and terracotta are worked on the lathe with great craftsmanship precision, a union projected towards the sharing of matter and their natural specificities.
