Suspension lamp PINECONE Large Chrome was designed by Paola Navone and was manufactured in Italy for FontanaArte.
Part of a unique collection of suspension and table lamps, this lamp has a diffuser that was manufactured using the caged blown glass technique whereby the glassmaker blows the molten glass blob into a metal cage, which contains the blob's natural expansion. The cage is then galvanised to make it glossy and gleaming. This elegant light fixture envelops the light, which enhances the fixture's geometric pattern, generating an elegant and visually pleasing diffused light. This piece is highly visually appealing whether switched on or off.
