COBRA SCORPIUS is an iconic lamp designed by Elio Martinelli in 1968 and is one of the first light fixtures manufactured with a unique resin moulding system.
The Scorpio constellation inspired a special edition created for the brand's 50th anniversary, Cobra Scorpius. The lamp, produced only in an exclusive midnight blue color, features series of holes on the dome to represent the constellation Scorpio, Elio Martinelli's zodiac sign.
The lower part of the lamp is connected to the upper part through a central joint for 360-degree rotation, allowing one to reflect light where most needed, resembling the head of a cobra ready to strike.
