Striking sideboard ZIO TOM was designed by Claudio Bitetti in 2012 and features doors and sides that were created from old recovered planks of pinewood. This piece has two doors and four shelves inside for handy storage, and the internal structure and top are lacquered in different colours.
Zio Tom is the expression of minimalist and visually raw design that makes a big impact, with the shape and material used evoking the traditional wood fences that surround country homes. Any blemishes or irregularities on the antique wood are to be considered a quality and characteristic of each piece.
