Giuseppe Chigiotti deals with design, architecture, planning and urban renewal. He was a professor at the Polytechnic of Milan and has published essays and books on the history of furniture design and domestic spaces.

He worked as a designer and began to collaborate with Driade, writing texts for the "Driade Furniture Manuals", author of the book "Un viaggio nell'abitare Driade" and co-author with Adelaide Acerbi of the book "Mondo degli oggetti" (World of Objects).
